The Junior League of Birmingham, Inc. is an organization of approximately 2,300 women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  Our purpose is solely charitable.

The JLB is hiring a Fundraising and Donor Relations Administrator that will wear multiple hats.  As the JLB is a member-led volunteer organization, this position provides support to volunteers responsible for fundraising for the JLB.  In addition, addition, this position is responsible for coordinating the development of, writing, reviewing, and submitting grant propoasls and corporate solicitation requests; performing research on new funding sources; and collecting, analyzying, and reporting data on the performance of program activities.

Applicant must be able to work independtly and have a desire, passion, and enthusiasm for fundraising.  Applicant must be able to work with volunteers with different skillsets and levels of experience, with a pleasant and engaging demeanor.
